Parents bringing children
- Bring the child's clinic card, medication list and any recent reports where available.
- For seriously ill children, attend an appropriate emergency unit or contact emergency services.
Procedure appointments
- Reception will advise what to bring and how to prepare for confirmed procedure appointments.
- Procedure suitability, consent and aftercare are discussed by the practice before care proceeds.
